Cyclamen hederifolium 'Silver Leaf Dark Pink' is a hardy tuberous perennial selected for its attractive silver foliage and rich dark pink flowers. The ivy-shaped leaves emerge in autumn, displaying silvery tones with darker green markings and remaining decorative through winter and spring before the plant enters summer dormancy.
Deep pink flowers with elegantly swept-back petals appear from late summer into autumn, often before or alongside the developing foliage. The blooms bring valuable colour to shaded areas at a time when many other perennials are beginning to fade.
Long lived and easy to naturalise once established, this cyclamen is ideal beneath deciduous trees, along woodland edges and on shaded banks. It prefers humus-rich, well-drained soil in partial shade and performs best when left undisturbed to gradually form colonies.
