Allium 'Gladiator' is one of the tallest and most impressive ornamental alliums, producing huge, rounded flowerheads in rich purple tones held high on strong, upright stems. Flowering in early summer, it creates dramatic vertical impact and brings a bold architectural presence to garden borders.
Its towering stems rise well above surrounding planting, making it ideal for adding height and structure to beds and borders without overwhelming neighbouring plants. Highly attractive to bees and other pollinators, ‘Gladiator’ is both ornamental and wildlife friendly. This RHS award-winning variety performs best in full sun and well-drained soil, returning reliably year after year.
