Festuca glauca 'Intense Blue' is a compact, evergreen ornamental grass forming neat, rounded mounds of intense silvery-blue foliage. From June to August, slender flower spikes rise above the foliage, adding light movement and texture to borders, gravel gardens, and containers. The fine, arching leaves retain their colour year-round, providing structure and contrast in mixed plantings.
Hardy and drought-tolerant once established, ‘Intense Blue’ thrives in full sun and well-drained soil, where it develops its strongest blue tones.
