Rhododendron 'Vulcan'
Rhododendron 'Vulcan' is a striking hardy hybrid rhododendron, valued for its bold colour and reliable garden performance. It forms a compact, bushy evergreen shrub with glossy deep green foliage that provides year-round structure and an excellent backdrop for its dramatic blooms.
In late spring, large trusses of vivid red flowers appear, creating an eye-catching display that brings strong colour to borders and woodland-style gardens. As an Inkarho® hardy hybrid, 'Vulcan' shows improved tolerance of a wider range of soil conditions while still performing best in moist, well-drained acidic soil. Its flowers are attractive to bees, adding pollinator interest to the garden.
