The Korean fir is a native of the Korean peninsula. One of the earliest Fir’s to produce cones the Korean fir has a wonderfully geometric shape, slender and uniform growth habit. Korean fir have a gorgeous mild fragrance and exceptionally good needle retention.

Pot Grown or Plain Old Potted?
Pot grown trees are nurtured from a seedling, then planted in their special growing pot which is buried in a growing field. Pot grown trees are cultivated in a pot for most of their life and have an established root system. They are lovingly cared for until they are lifted out of the ground and make their way to your home. Pot grown trees are not potted or containerised so have more chance of surviving after Christmas.
Pot Grown Trees
Once you've purchased your pot grown Christmas Tree and made it home, follow our advice to give it the best care. Once Christmas is over it will then be ready to plant out in your garden.
- Before you bring it indoors keep your Christmas tree outside in a sheltered area.
- You will find your tree is still in it's original growing pot and wrapped in a special Climate Bag.
- Water the tree. Open the climate bag and water - there are drainage holes in the bottom so the water can drain freely.
TOP TIP - Keep your tree outside for as long as possible; the weekend before Christmas is ideal.
- Once you’ve bought your tree indoors, remove the climate bag and place the tree into a decorative cover pot.
- In your desired location, place your tree onto a protective cloth or mat to help protect surfaces from any scratching or water damage.
- Water frequently but be careful not to over water.
- Have a joyous Christmas and enjoy your pot grown tree.
TOP TIP - Display your living tree in a cool room to keep it looking its best.
