Euonymus fortunei 'Harlequin' is a low-growing, evergreen shrub valued for its bright, mottled variegated foliage and adaptable nature. The small leaves are splashed white and green, with fresh new growth emerging almost entirely white with a soft pink tint before developing its distinctive variegation as it matures.
