Cornus kousa 'Venus'
Cornus kousa 'Venus' is a stunning, large-flowered flowering dogwood, prized for its exceptionally large creamy-white bracts that appear in late spring to early summer. These impressive blooms can reach up to 15cm across, creating a striking display against the rich green foliage.
As the seasons progress, the foliage takes on warm autumn tones of red and purple, adding further interest. With a graceful, spreading habit, it is ideal as a specimen tree for lawns or larger borders, thriving best in a sunny or partially shaded position with moist, well-drained soil.
