Clean bird boxes

Now is the optimum time to clean out bird nesting boxes. If you do not clean them out they can harbour overwintering pests such as mites, as well as bird diseases. Remove old nesting material, scrub with clean water. Allow to dry and then dust with a wildlife-safe fungicide.
