Heel in leeks

Harvest some of your leek crop to 'heel in' as close to the house as possible, so it's easy to dig them up even in frosty weather. Dig a trench and pack the leeks in standing upright, then back-fill with soil. They'll be happy like that for some months.

  • National deliveries Christmas cut-off - Monday 22nd December. Any orders made after 11am on this date will be held until deliveries resume, starting Monday 5th January
  • Please note - We dispatch orders on a next day service, but any delays in the courier system will be out of our control
  • We may dispatch a limited number of non-perishable goods between Christmas and New Year, however the majority of orders will be kept secure until our full delivery service resumes
