Dry flowers

Save some of the garden's summer colour to brighten up your house through winter by drying annual and perennial flowers from the garden. Helichrysum, achillea, gypsophila and big blowsy hydrangeas all dry well. Hang bunches upside down in a dry airy room out of direct sunlight.
